Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway – Official Contest Rules

These are the official rules (the “Rules”) that apply to the Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway Instagram contest (the “Contest”) held from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, through Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The sponsor of this Contest is MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (the “Sponsor(s)”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Who Can Enter

The Contest is open to individuals who, prior to the start of the Contest Period and at the time of entry:

  • Are legal residents of Canada or the United States (excluding Florida),
  • Are 19 years of age or older, and
  • Have an active Instagram account.

Participants must be in good standing with Momentum (the Sponsor’s rewards program) to redeem the Prize. Registration for Momentum is free.

Who Cannot Enter

The following individuals are not eligible to participate (“Excluded Individuals”):

  • Those enrolled in a self-exclusion program for Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara.
  • Anyone restricted by court order or by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, or partners of:
    • The Sponsor,
    • Any promotional/advertising agencies involved in the Contest,
    • Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), AGCO, or registered suppliers to the Sites.
  • Trade union members representing casino employees.
  • Any individual prohibited by law or regulation.

If an Excluded Individual is found to have entered and won, their Prize will be revoked and may be legally reclaimed by the Sponsor.

Contest Period & Draw Details

  • Start Time: 10:00 a.m. (ET), Tuesday, April 22, 2025
  • End Time: 11:59 p.m. (ET), Tuesday, May 6, 2025
  • Draw Date: Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m.
  • Location: Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort

How to Enter

To participate:

  1. Follow @fallsviewcasino on Instagram.
  2. Like the original Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway contest post.
  3. Tag another valid Instagram user in the comment section of that post.

Each of the following counts as one entry:

  • Following the page: 1 entry
  • Liking the post: 1 entry
  • Each valid tag in the comments: 1 entry, up to 100 additional entries

Maximum entries per person: 102.

Prize Draw & Winner Confirmation

  • One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
  • The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days.
  • To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:
    • Be a registered Momentum member in good standing,
    • Correctly answer a time-limited, unaided skill-testing math question,
    • Sign a Declaration and Release Form,
    • Provide valid photo ID and entry verification.

If the winner does not meet these conditions within ten (10) business days, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate may be selected. Only one (1) alternate will be drawn. If the alternate fails to meet the requirements, the prize will go unclaimed.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
  • Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • No compensation will be provided if the winner cannot redeem the prize for reasons outside the Sponsor’s control.
  • Sponsor may substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Use of Personal Information

Personal data collected will only be used for contest administration, including:

  • Eligibility and identity verification,
  • Prize award and publicity,
  • Fraud prevention.

Details may also be used for loyalty programs, future promotions, and contest audits, in accordance with Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Additional Rules

  • Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
  • Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  • Fraudulent or tampered entries will be void.
  • No gambling or purchase is required to participate.
  • Any abuse of the Contest or rules may lead to disqualification.
  • All times are in Niagara Falls, Ontario local time.
  • All currency values are in Canadian dollars.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules.

Publicity and Winners List

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the publication of their name, city, and photo without additional compensation (where permitted by law).

Legal

This Contest is void where prohibited and subject to all applicable laws. Disputes will be governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

Must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino.
Individuals who are prohibited from attending Ontario gaming sites are not permitted to enter the properties or participate in contests or promotions.
